This tile is for SuzyMosh Creations That's New To Me weekly challenge. This week we were given the random letter "M".  I chose three "New To Me" tangles: Mak-Rah-Mee by CZT Michele Beauchamp, Maylea by Simone Bischoff, and Munchin by Molly Hollibaugh.

Today many of us are celebrating the Bi-Zen-tennial, the 200th Weekly Challenge by the DIVA. You can see here website at  The Diva . Here is our challenge: This week's challenge is to use your Mac'N'Cheese tangle in a Monotangle. Or in other words, create a tile using ONLY your go-to or favourite tangle. And let's take advantage of the WHOLE tile! No borders! Let's extend from end to end and fill our tiles BURSTING with Tangly JOY! And finally - put the number 200 (big or small) somewhere on your tile. I chose 'Nzeppel..not because it's my go-to tangle, but it's a wonderful new tangle that I learned last week, and it just might end up being one of my go-to tangles in the future! I'm finally back! Hopefully it won't be another month or so before I come here to update.  There's been a lot going on, including a wonderful vacation in Arizona! Maybe more about that later. In the meantime, here's a new tile I just finished. It's for  Diva's Weekly Challenge #218 , where we were challenged to use a white gel pen (I used Gelly Roll by Sakura) on black tile (I used an official Zentangle tile).  The tangles I used for this are Mooka and Zinger. I thought maybe that was a little too simple, so I've changed it a bit. Which one do you prefer, the original or this one? And here is black on white! Black Pigma Micron on white 3.5 x 3.5 Zentangle tile. Lightly shaded with regular graphite #2 pencil. And here again I used Mooka and Zinger. Today the Diva announced the winners of the contest that was part of the 200th challenge celebration. I was in shock when I got an email from her yesterday that I was one of the winners!!!  I am so excited.  I rarely win anything, and to win a contest with a Diva challenge... a Zentangle challenge... well I just can't believe it.  You can see more of the challenge (over 200 participants!) please visit her website at  I am the Diva blog Challenge 201, this weeks challenge is to design a tile using the Moebius Syndrome Foundation's logo as our string in honor of Moebius Syndrome awareness. Day Four

The first thing that I completed today was a tile for the new "It''s New to Me" challenge by SuzyMosh Creations . Today's change was to do a TIA with a "new to you" tangle starting with the letter "T".  So I went to Linda's TanglePatterns.com and when I went on the "T" page there was only 1 or 2 that I was at all familiar with. I chose 2 for my tile. The border is done with Trimond by Beth Snoderly, and in the center is Tootle by Jennifer Hohensteiner. The second thing I completed was making a new cabinet for the jewelry I make, but that's a story for a different blog.. LOL.  The next thing that I completed in the way of Zentangle goes what Day Four of the six week course. In keeping with the previous day, I used string #004 and the three daily tangles were Shattuck, Nipa, and Jonqual. Thanks for stopping by. Please leave a comment.
